This summer, The Ivy Asia invites guests to embark on A Summer Escape to Asia with the launch of an exciting new menu celebrating bold Asian-inspired flavours and vibrant cocktails. From showstopping sushi rolls to flavour-packed small plates and signature mains, this new offering showcases the finest seasonal ingredients with an unmistakable Ivy Asia twist. Paired with a limited-edition cocktail menu created in partnership with Casamigos Tequila and Fever-Tree, it captures the essence of summer indulgence.
To begin the experience, guests can enjoy the Kimchi Kakiage; crispy, golden fritters served with a spring onion mayonnaise, or the light and summery Barbeque Duck Salad, combining hoisin, mango, kaffir lime, and mizuna for a vibrant burst of flavour and freshness. Sushi lovers can indulge in the dramatic Volcano Roll, a rich combination of seared Wagyu beef, fatty tuna, and black truffle, or savour the classic Prawn Tempura Maki Roll, finished with exquisite presentation.
Guests can choose from a vibrant selection of summer-inspired small and large plates that celebrate bold flavours and expert craftsmanship. The Panang Chicken Yakitori offers tender, spiced skewers infused with lemongrass, ginger, chilli, and lime, a perfect balance of heat and zest. The Robata Chicken Satay delivers smoky richness with a chargrilled half chicken marinated in coconut, ginger, coriander, and lime, bringing depth and indulgence to the plate. For a lighter option, the Spinach & Mizuna Salad features wakame, sesame miso, and crispy shiitake mushrooms. Plant-based diners can savour the Szechuan Wok Fried Tofu, tossed with shimeji mushrooms, choy sum, edamame, and curry leaves, a fragrant and satisfying dish layered with texture and spice.
To complement the menu, a limited-edition cocktail collection has been created in partnership with Casamigos Tequila and Fever-Tree, drawing inspiration from the flavours and energy of Asia’s most exciting cities. Highlights include the KL Fusion (£11.50) a tropical blend of tequila, pineapple, lime and pink grapefruit soda, finished with a coconut and white chocolate mousse, the Tokyo Twist (£13), with plum, yuzu, lime and matcha cold brew with Indian tonic for a refreshing, elevated serve.
